Once your order ships we'll send you the tracking number, and you can check your order status any time on the Track order page.
Payment
- PromptPay QR transfer — scan to pay, then upload your slip on the order page. We ship as soon as the payment is verified.
- Cash on delivery (COD) — ฿30 service fee, for orders up to ฿10,000.
Cancellations
You can cancel before your order ships — just message our team via the website chat. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
Returns and exchanges
We'll send a replacement or refund you if:
- the product was damaged in transit
- you received the wrong item or not everything you ordered
- the product is defective or expired
How to report: message our team via chat within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the product and parcel, or an unboxing video. Once verified, we'll ship a replacement at no cost or refund you within 7 business days.
Not eligible for return
- Opened or used products, or products with a broken seal — as these are ingestible products, they cannot be resold, for the safety of all our customers
- Change of mind after receiving the product in good condition
